Teacher Trainings and Workshops
-
The stress teachers, leaders, and schools contend with is complex and multifaceted. These trainings and workshops are grounded in what research tells us about stress, mental health, and workplace culture. However, I have 20+ years’ experience working in a variety of educational settings, and I understand the importance of bridging theory and practice. We will go beyond research and theory and focus on what can fit into the reality of your classroom and your life. My hope is to work closely with each school to tailor trainings and workshops to the specific needs of your staff and community. Reach out for more information, and let's talk about how we can support teacher health and wellness.
